Kelly is the owner of Yoga Studio and Massage of Austin. She has always been passionate about living a healthy active lifestyle. This passion led her to Yoga in 2015 and she instantly found that Yoga has more to offer than just a great workout; it provides a way for you to look deep within and connect to the person you are capable of being. Kelly graduated from MSU- Mankato in 2014 and has a bachelors degree in Accounting. Kelly has completed Barre Workout, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga Intensive Training with Lindsey Kepper, RYT-500, ERYT-200 at Yoga Studio of Austin. Kelly is grateful to be a part of the YSA community, to be able to create a lifestyle around her passions, and loves sharing her vision with her students!
Jenn has guided yoga and fitness classes in the Austin community for five of the last seen years and is now teaching here at YSA. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2006 at theYandara Yoga Institute with Victor Oppenheimer in Baja, Mexico. Jenn is trained in Hatha, Vinyasa. and Iyengar disciplines. In addition, Jenn holds a BS in Heath Education and Promotion from Western Washington University.
Jenn is the stay-at-home parent to three awesome little people and the wife of the coolest guy on earth!

Dayna has been practicing yoga since college and went on to complete her 500-hour yoga teacher training in Integrative Yoga Therapy. She also holds a Masters degree in Integrative Health Coaching from the University of Minnesota.
In her free time, Dayna enjoys writing, reading philosophy, playing her viola, and
running through the woods. Her dream is to change the future of healthcare through the practice of integrative medicine.
