Beginner's Yoga

This is a yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class will introduce foundational yoga postures, teach you how to breath, and help you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than our other vinyasa classes, you can expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. This class is non-heated (temperature between 65 and 75 degrees).

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is the deep stretching and lengthening of the body’s fascia. Fascia is the connective tissues linking bones, muscles and joints. Often times pain seems muscular but it is really hiding out in the fascia of the body. Unlike Yang Yoga (regular Vinyasa class for strengthening), postures are held for a period of time to find opening and release. This is a quieter class with an emphasis on turning inward, soft music will be played in a warm room. Poses are generally exclusively done while laying on your yoga mat. This class is excellent for relieving aches and pains, finding relaxation and balancing your busy life. Room is lightly heated to around 80 degrees.

Get ready to have some serious F-U-N! This class is set to a bumpin' playlist, and is a high energy, cardio workout that will incorporate body weight, strength training movements. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and most importantly Move Your Body! This class is non-heated (temperature between 65 and 75 degrees).

Strength N' Stretch

Strength and stretch combines a variety of challenging exercises and programming to get in your daily sweat! Class structure includes a brief dynamic warm-up, athletic conditioning and a cool-down stretch to improve flexibility and mobility all set to some upbeat tunes

Hatha/Hatha Flow

Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In this class we will work to develop a balance of strength and flexibility as we learn to find equilibrium in our effort and surrender in each pose. Focus will be placed on Iyengar alignment and the use of props will be utilized. This class is non-heated (temperature between 65 and 75 degrees).

All Levels Vinyasa

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. This class emphasizes core strength. You will not only clear your mind, you will sweat and burn calories. This class is set to music and room temperature is 80-90 degrees.

Core & Restore

Combining core activating Vinyasa flow and holds, and the healing postures of yin yoga, Core & Restore will give you the benefits of both a yin and yang practice.
Class will begin with Vinyasa core engaging postures, with the possibility of tabata/circuit training movements. The second half of class will include postures to deeply release the conective tissues of the body. Class will be lightly heated around 75 degrees.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a revitalizing, relaxing, and meditative yoga practice. Restorative poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress brought on by our modern, fast paced lives. This practice is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Rather than actively positioning yourself, you will learn how to "receive" the pose with the support of props, allowing your mind to slow down and meditate on the breath.
During this class, your body is fully supported in poses for 5 to 10 minutes. This class is non-heated.

Intermediate Yoga

This intermediate yoga class will focus on improving our overall physical health, flexibility and mental awareness. This class is for students who are familiar with the basic principles of alignment and technique. Asanas (postures) will be coordinated with the breath, and alignment with a wide variety of poses challenging for the experienced. This class is heated (temperature between 80 and 85 degrees).

Yoga Sculpt

This FUN class includes segments of cardio, strength training, and yoga. No prior yoga experience is necessary, however it is helpful. A rigorous workout set to energetic music in a heated room (80-85 degrees). You will sweat. You will burn calories. You will turn that frown upside down! This class is detoxifying, stress-relieving and's like a sweaty party on your mat!

Barre Workout

This class combines Pilates, yoga and ballet movements, along with bursts of cardio, using a ballet barre for support and resistance. This combination of movements provides a high-energy, full-body workout. Barre class typically starts with stretching and a warm-up on a yoga mat to get the heart rate up, then moves into Pilates, yoga and ballet movements to sculpt and tone every muscle in the body. Barre movements are a series of tiny isometric movements that cause the muscles to shake to the point of exhaustion. Close attention will be paid to posture and alignment, which encourages a long and lean body. The class is set to high energy music in 80-85 degree temperature.
